Tasigur, a Presa Dourada, é uma carta versátil que pode se encaixar bem em um deck de controle ou midrange focado na interação com o cemitério e vantagem de cartas. Embora a habilidade de Tasigur de escavar e retornar cartas do cemitério possa ser poderosa, nem sempre é a opção mais eficiente em comparação com outras cartas como Mago Snapcaster ou Jace, o Prodígio de Vryn.
