Whimsicott CEC 148, Pokémon - stage 1, designed by Yumi first released in May, 2022 in the set Cosmic Eclipse.

A deck focused on quickly filling the Lost Zone with Pokémon would benefit from using Whimsicott CEC 148, as its Lost March attack can deal significant damage based on the number of Pokémon in the Lost Zone. However, there are potentially better cards with similar effects that could provide more consistent damage output or utility, such as Jumpluff LOT 14 which has a more efficient attack cost and can spread damage across multiple Pokémon. Whimsicott CEC 148 could still see play in specific Lost Zone-focused decks looking to capitalize on its unique abilities.
