This Palpitoad CEC 116 card could be beneficial in a deck that focuses on spreading damage across the opponent's Pokémon, potentially setting up for knockouts on the Bench. However, the drawback of damaging your own Benched Pokémon may limit its effectiveness. A better alternative could be a card with a similar attack that doesn't damage your own Bench, such as Naganadel & Guzzlord-GX UNM 158 with its Chaotic Order attack. Overall, while Palpitoad could have situational use, there are likely better options available for competitive play.
