This Victory Piece ACE SPEC card could greatly benefit a deck that focuses on Victini-EX as its main attacker, allowing it to use its powerful attacks regardless of its energy requirements. However, there may be better ACE SPEC cards available depending on the specific strategy of the deck, such as Dowsing Machine for added versatility or Computer Search for deck thinning and consistency. Whether or not Victory Piece should see play ultimately depends on the overall synergy and game plan of the deck in question.
