A deck that focuses on utilizing Basic Pokémon with high HP values would benefit from using the Eviolite PLS 122 Trainer - Pokémon Tool card to reduce damage taken by 20. While Eviolite can be helpful in certain situations, other Pokémon Tool cards like Choice Band may be more impactful for increasing damage output, and therefore Eviolite may not see as much play in competitive decks.
