This Giant Cape DRX 114 card would be beneficial in a defensive deck strategy that focuses on increasing the HP of key Pokémon to prolong their presence on the battlefield. However, there are better options like the Big Malasada card which not only increases HP but also removes any Special Conditions, making it a more versatile choice. While Giant Cape DRX 114 can be useful in certain situations, it may not be a top priority for competitive play compared to other more impactful Pokémon Tool cards.
