A deck that focuses on disruption and control would benefit from including Wurmple DP 104 due to its potential to Paralyze the opponent's Pokémon with its String Shot attack. However, there are better options available in the current meta that offer more consistent damage output or disruptive effects, such as Seviper from the same set which can poison the opponent's Pokémon. While Wurmple DP 104 may have situational use, it is not a top-tier card and may not see much play in competitive decks.
