Skarmory DX 26 would be a great addition to a Metal-type deck in the Pokémon TCG, especially one focused on energy acceleration and coin-flip mechanics. Its Heavy Metal attack has the potential for significant damage output with multiple Metal Energy attached, and the Metallic Lift ability provides easy retreat options. However, in a competitive setting, other Metal-type Pokémon like Lucario & Melmetal-GX may offer more versatility and power, making them better choices for top-tier play.
