Search the City, Enchantment, designed by Jack Wang first released in Oct, 2012 in the set Return to Ravnica and was printed exactly in 2 different ways.
A deck that benefits from Search the City would be one that focuses on card manipulation and consistency, such as a control deck with a lot of card draw and ways to search for specific cards. However, there are better cards that offer more immediate value and consistency, such as Jace, the Mind Sculptor or Brainstorm, which provide card advantage and manipulation without the risk of being a dead draw if the conditions for Search the City are not met consistently. Overall, Search the City is a niche card that may not see much play in competitive Magic: The Gathering decks due to its high cost and situational nature.
