A deck that focuses on disruption and control would benefit from using Poliwag UF 67, as its Hypnosis attack can put the opponent's active Pokémon to sleep, giving you an advantage in slowing down their strategy. However, there are better options available, such as Poliwrath UF 68, which offers more versatile attacks and abilities. Poliwag UF 67 could see play in a beginner's deck or a themed deck, but for competitive play, other Water-type Pokémon like Lapras or Blastoise would be more effective choices.
