About Lombre SS 45

A deck focusing on Water-type Pokemon with abilities that benefit from consistent healing would benefit from using Lombre SS 45 due to its Rain Dish ability. However, there are better Stage 1 Water-type Pokemon with more impactful attacks and abilities, such as Blastoise or Swampert, making Lombre less desirable for competitive play unless the deck specifically requires its healing effect.
