Charnelhoard Wurm, Creature — wurm, designed by Lars Grant-West first released in Feb, 2009 in the set Conflux and was printed exactly in 3 different ways.
A Jund midrange deck in Magic: the Gathering could benefit from using Charnelhoard Wurm as it provides a powerful trampling threat that can generate card advantage by recurring key cards from the graveyard. However, there are better options for similar effects, such as Eternal Witness, which has a lower mana cost and can return any card from the graveyard to hand without the need to deal damage. Charnelhoard Wurm may not see as much play in competitive decks due to its higher mana cost and conditional ability.

If Charnelhoard Wurm is dealt lethal damage at the same time it deals damage to an opponent, Charnelhoard Wurm will be in your graveyard by the time you put its ability on the stack. In that case, you can target it with its own ability.
