About Bronzor PFL 71
Bronzor PFL 71, Pokémon - basic, designed by OKUBO first released in Dec, 2025 in the set Phantasmal Flames.
Bronzor PFL 71 fits best in a Metal-type, slower, defensive or evolution-based deck that wants a sturdy Basic to sit Active while you set up—particularly in formats where you plan to evolve into Bronzong and take advantage of Metal support cards; its single-Energy Iron Defense can occasionally stall, and Rollout is a simple but inefficient attack. However, it is generally outclassed by better Metal Basics and Bronzor versions (such as Bronzor with more HP or more useful utility attacks) and especially by Bronzong cards that provide strong Abilities like Energy acceleration (e.g., Bronzong PHF 61 “Metal Links”), which make those evolution lines much more competitive. Overall, this specific Bronzor is fairly weak due to low impact attacks and reliance on coin flips, so it would rarely see competitive play and would mainly be used if required for a specific Bronzong evolution line rather than for its own merits.
