Steven's Advice PK 83, , designed by Ken Sugimori first released in May, 2022 in the set Power Keepers and was printed exactly in 2 different ways.
This card would benefit a deck that focuses on disrupting the opponent's setup by drawing additional cards based on the number of Pokémon they have in play. However, in a fast-paced meta, other Supporter cards like Professor's Research or Cynthia Caitlin may be more efficient for consistent card draw. While Steven's Advice PK 83 can be situationally useful, it may not see as much play compared to other options in competitive decks.
