This Shiftry STS 11 card would benefit a control or disruption deck that focuses on disrupting the opponent's strategy by nullifying Stadium or Pokémon Tool cards with its Wicked Wind attack. However, in terms of competitive play, there are better options available such as Garbodor GRI 51, which can continuously disrupt the opponent's abilities with its Garbotoxin Ability. While Shiftry STS 11 has its niche uses, it may not be the most optimal choice in a competitive deck.
