Salamence ex JTG 187, Pokémon - stage 2 ex, designed by Tsuyoshi Nagano first released in Mar, 2025 in the set Journey Together.
A deck that focuses on overwhelming the opponent with bench damage in addition to high single-target damage would benefit from including Salamence ex JTG 187. While its Dragon Impact attack allows for immense damage output, its Wide Blast attack provides valuable control over the opponent's bench. However, due to the hefty energy requirements and potential vulnerability to removal of energy from the Pokemon, other stage 2 ex Pokemon TCG cards with more efficient energy costs or added utility effects might be better options for competitive play.
