Raikou-EX DEX 105 would fit well in a Lightning-themed deck that focuses on quick damage output and disruption, particularly with cards that can accelerate Energy attachment or capitalize on its ability to paralyze opponents. While it offers decent damage and the potential to hit Benched Pokémon, there are arguably stronger options like Pikachu & Zekrom-GX, which provides greater synergy with Lightning Energy acceleration and a more powerful attack. However, Raikou-EX can still see play in casual or budget decks, especially if you're looking for a solid attacker with the ability to disrupt your opponent's strategy.
