Qwilfish SW 101 could fit well in a Water-type deck that aims to apply status conditions and disrupt the opponent's strategy, particularly with its ability to Paralyze and Poison opposing Pokémon. However, there are stronger options available, such as Inteleon (especially the ones with the Shady Dealings ability), which can provide better consistency and support for drawing cards while also dealing damage. While Qwilfish has some utility with its status effects, it may not see competitive play compared to more versatile and powerful cards that can provide greater board control and synergy within a deck.
