This Poochyena RS 64 card would be beneficial in a disruption deck that aims to disrupt the opponent's hand size and resources. While its Knock Off attack can potentially remove a card from the opponent's hand, its Rear Kick attack is a bit underwhelming. In comparison to other disruption cards like Sableye from the same set, which can continuously disrupt the opponent's hand, Poochyena RS 64 may not be the most optimal choice for competitive play unless included in a theme deck or for casual play.
