About Jaws of Stone

Jaws of Stone, Sorcery, designed by Zoltan Boros & Gabor Szikszai first released in May, 2020 in the set Shadowmoor and was printed exactly in 3 different ways.

A red burn deck focused on controlling a high number of Mountains would benefit from using Jaws of Stone, as it can deal a significant amount of damage to multiple targets based on the number of Mountains in play. However, in a competitive setting, cards like Banefire or Earthquake may be considered better options due to their flexibility and overall impact on the game. While Jaws of Stone can be a fun inclusion in casual decks, it may not see much play in more optimized and competitive environments.
