Arbok SS 29 could fit well in a Poison-themed deck or a deck focused on stalling and wearing down opponents, as its Toxic attack inflicts continuous damage and its Intimidating Fang ability provides damage reduction, enhancing its survivability. However, there are arguably better options available, such as Toxicroak or Gengar, which may offer more powerful Poison effects or additional utility. Overall, while Arbok can be a fun and thematic choice, it may not see competitive play in the current meta due to the availability of stronger alternatives.
