Waarnemer Sliver, Schepsel - strookje, designed by Liz Danforth first released in Oct, 2006 in the set Time Spiral and was printed exactly in 2 different ways.
De Watcher Sliver-kaart zou nuttig zijn in een Sliver-tribal-deck dat zich richt op het polijsten van alle Sliver-wezens. Er zijn echter betere opties zoals Muscle Sliver of Sinew Sliver die voor meer impactvolle verbeteringen zorgen. Watcher Sliver ziet misschien niet veel spel in competitieve decks vanwege de relatief lage impact in vergelijking met andere beschikbare Sliver-kaarten.

Because damage remains marked on a creature until the damage is removed as the turn ends, nonlethal damage dealt to another Sliver may become lethal if Watcher Sliver leaves the battlefield during that turn.

Abilities that Slivers grant, as well as power/toughness boosts, are cumulative. However, for some abilities, like flying, having more than one instance of the ability doesn’t provide any additional benefit.
