Ojutai Monument, Artifact, designed by Daniel Ljunggren first released in Mar, 2015 in the set Dragons of Tarkir. It see play in 1 formats: Commander.
This card would be beneficial in a control or midrange deck in Magic: the Gathering that focuses on white and blue colors, as it provides mana fixing and a potential threat in the late game. While Ojutai Monument can be a versatile addition to such decks, there are potentially better options available, such as Azorius Signet or other mana rocks that offer immediate mana acceleration without the need for a high activation cost. However, for a deck looking to have a flexible mana base and a potential finisher, Ojutai Monument could still see play as a budget-friendly alternative.
25/02/15
A Monument can’t attack on the turn it enters the battlefield.
25/02/15
If a Monument has any +1/+1 counters on it, those counters will remain on the permanent after it stops being a creature. Those counters will have no effect as long as the Monument isn’t a creature, but they will apply again if the Monument later becomes a creature.
