About Achterblijvende zielen

Achterblijvende zielen, Tovenarij, designed by John Stanko first released in May, 2020 in the set Magic Online Promos and was printed exactly in 12 different ways.

Lingering Souls is een veelzijdige kaart die nuttig kan zijn voor decks die boardaanwezigheid en ontwijking willen genereren. Het wordt vaak gebruikt in controle- of midrange-decks die waarde hechten aan stapsgewijs voordeel en veerkracht. Hoewel er mogelijk andere kaarten zijn met vergelijkbare effecten, biedt de flashback-vaardigheid van Lingering Souls extra waarde en flexibiliteit. Of er gespeeld moet worden, hangt af van de specifieke deckstrategie en metagame, maar het is een solide keuze voor decks die een sterke aanwezigheid op het bord willen opbouwen.

To determine the total cost of a spell, start with the mana cost or alternative cost (such as a flashback cost) you’re paying, add any cost increases, then apply any cost reductions. The converted mana cost of the spell is determined only by its mana cost, no matter what the total cost to cast the spell was.

You can cast a spell using flashback even if it was somehow put into your graveyard without having been cast.

“Flashback [cost]” means “You may cast this card from your graveyard by paying [cost] rather than paying its mana cost” and “If the flashback cost was paid, exile this card instead of putting it anywhere else any time it would leave the stack.”
