About EXP.ALL RG 91

EXP.ALL RG 91, Trainer - Pokémon-tool, designed by Keiji Kinebuchi first released in May, 2022 in the set FireRed & LeafGreen and was printed exactly in 2 different ways.

De EXP. ALL-kaart is vooral nuttig in kaartspellen die zich richten op het verspreiden van energie onder meerdere Pokémon, zoals kaarten die een zwermstrategie gebruiken of kaartspellen met meerdere basis-Pokémon, omdat het energieoverdracht mogelijk maakt op een uitgeschakelde Pokémon, waardoor de energiebronnen behouden blijven. Het is echter misschien niet de meest competitieve keuze vergeleken met kaarten als Energy Recycler of Welder, die een consistentere energieterugwinning of -versnelling bieden zonder het risico dat het hulpmiddel wordt weggegooid. Gezien de evoluerende meta en de prevalentie van sterkere opties voor energiebeheer, is EXP. ALLEN zien wellicht een beperkt spel in competitieve formats, vooral aantrekkelijk voor gewone spelers of specifieke nichestrategieën.

Attach EXP. ALL to 1 of your Pokémon (excluding Pokémon-ex and Pokémon that has an owner in its name) that doesn't already have a Pokémon Tool attached to it. If that Pokémon is Knocked Out, discard this card.

During your opponent's turn, if 1 of your Active Pokémon is Knocked Out by your opponent's attack, you may take 1 basic Energy card attached to that Knocked Out Pokémon and attach it to the Pokémon with EXP.ALL attached to it. If you do, discard EXP.ALL.
