Gebouwd om lang mee te gaan, Direct, designed by Svetlin Velinov first released in Sep, 2016 in the set Kaladesh and was printed exactly in 5 different ways.

Built to Last zou nuttig zijn in een wit aggro-deck dat zich richt op het vergroten van de kracht van wezens en het beschermen van belangrijke artefactwezens. Hoewel het een tijdelijke boost en onverwoestbaarheid biedt, zijn er potentieel betere opties zoals Brave the Elements voor bescherming of andere pompspreuken zoals Giant Growth voor een meer permanente verbetering. Built to Last zou kunnen worden gespeeld in specifieke decks met veel artefacten of als een budgetoptie, maar is misschien geen topkeuze in competitieve Magic: the Gathering-formaten.
