Animist's Might, Sorcery, designed by John Tedrick first released in May, 2023 in the set March of the Machine: The Aftermath and was printed exactly in 3 different ways. It see play in 1 formats: Duel Commander.
Animist's Might would be a great addition to a deck that focuses on legendary creatures with high power, such as a green stompy or ramp deck. It can provide a powerful removal option while also potentially being a cost-effective spell if targeting a legendary creature. However, there are arguably better cards for similar effects, such as Fight cards like Prey Upon or Pit Fight, which can provide similar removal at a lower cost without the restriction of targeting a legendary creature. Overall, while Animist's Might has its niche uses, it may not see widespread play compared to more versatile removal options in the Magic: The Gathering card pool.
