Questa carta sarebbe un ottimo aggiunta a un mazzo nero aggro o tribale zombie, poiché fornisce una fonte costante di danni diretti ai tuoi avversari ogni volta che attacca. Tuttavia, ci sono opzioni migliori disponibili come il Mercante Grigio di Asfodelo, che ha un costo di mana simile ma può drenare una quantità significativa di vita dai tuoi avversari quando entra in campo. Anche se l'Orrore Infettivo può essere un'aggiunta decente in certi mazzi, potrebbe non essere una scelta di alto livello rispetto ad altre carte con abilità più impattanti.
