Il Portabestie UNB 229 sarebbe particolarmente utile in un mazzo costruito attorno ai Pokémon Ultracreature, come Nihilego-GX o Buzzwole-GX, poiché migliora la loro capacità di prendere carte Premio aggiuntive quando mettono KO i Pokémon-GX o i Pokémon-EX avversari mentre ti restano esattamente 6 carte Premio. Anche se questa carta può essere potente nel giusto contesto, potrebbe non essere la scelta migliore rispetto ad altre carte Oggetto Pokémon come Bandascelta, che aumenta i danni inflitti contro i Pokémon GX ed EX, o persino Pietraflottante per la mobilità.
