Cette carte serait un excellent ajout à un deck agressif Boros (Rouge/Blanc) axé sur l'attaque avec des créatures et le gain de vie. Les capacités de double frappe et de lien de vie fournies par Bruse Tarl peuvent être très puissantes lorsqu'elles sont associées à d'autres créatures agressives, permettant des attaques rapides et impactantes dans le jeu. Bien qu'il puisse y avoir d'autres cartes offrant des effets similaires, la polyvalence de Bruse Tarl en tant que commandant avec la capacité partenaire en fait un choix solide pour les decks cherchant à maximiser l'efficacité au combat et le gain de vie.
