Esta carta sería una gran adición a mazos tribales que se centran en múltiples tipos de criaturas, como Merfolk, Elves o Zombies, ya que puede activar fácilmente su habilidad para crecer más fuerte y proporcionar selección de cartas con scrying. Si bien Littjara Kinseekers es una opción sólida para tales mazos, puede haber mejores opciones dependiendo de la estrategia específica y la sinergia del mazo, como Metallic Mimic o Adaptive Automaton para el soporte tribal, u otras criaturas de valor como Thassa, Deep-Dwelling para beneficios adicionales. The subtype Shapeshifter that appears on the type line is mostly there to reinforce the flavor. A creature card with changeling is just as much an Elf, a Dwarf, a Sliver, a Goat, a Coward, and a Zombie as it is a Shapeshifter.

Three creatures share a creature type if there’s at least one creature type all three have, no matter what other creature types they have. For example, Littjara Kinseekers (which has all creature types), an Elf Warrior, and an Elf Wizard share a creature type because they’re all Elves.
