About Vaporeon ★ PK 102

Vaporeon ★ PK 102, Pokémon - basic star, designed by Masakazu Fukuda first released in May, 2022 in the set Power Keepers.

This Vaporeon Star card would be beneficial in a water-themed deck that focuses on disruption and healing, as its Blue Ray ability can remove Special Conditions and damage counters from both active Pokémon. However, in a competitive setting, there are more efficient cards available that offer similar effects with better damage output or utility, such as Suicune & Entei LEGEND from the HeartGold & SoulSilver expansion. Overall, while Vaporeon Star has its niche uses, it may not be the optimal choice for high-level play due to its limitations in comparison to other options.
