About Toxicroak MD 31

Toxicroak MD 31, Pokémon - stage 1, designed by Kent Kanetsuna first released in May, 2022 in the set Majestic Dawn.

A deck that focuses on status conditions and disruption would benefit from including Toxicroak MD 31, as it can both Paralyze and Poison the opponent's Pokémon. However, there are better options available such as Seviper from the same set, which can Poison the opponent's Active Pokémon without the need to flip a coin. Toxicroak MD 31 could see play in a budget deck or as a tech card, but may not be a top choice in competitive play due to its reliance on coin flips for Paralysis.
