A water-type control deck focused on disrupting the opponent's bench with spread damage would benefit from including M Blastoise-EX EVO 22. While it has a powerful attack in Hydro Bombard, the Mega Evolution rule limiting your turn can be a drawback. Other cards like Greninja & Zoroark-GX offer versatility and better synergy with support cards in the current meta, making them potentially stronger options. However, in certain situations where bench-sniping is key, M Blastoise-EX EVO 22 could still find a place in the deck.
