This Celebi V card would be a great addition to a Grass-type deck that focuses on accelerating energy attachment and strategic switching of Pokémon. Its Leaflet Dance ability allows for quick energy acceleration, while the Slash Back attack provides a useful switching option. However, in a competitive setting, there may be better options available such as Rillaboom VMAX for its powerful attacks and bulkier stats. Overall, Celebi V could see play in certain Grass-themed decks but may not be a top-tier choice compared to other options.
