A control or midrange deck that focuses on card advantage and drawing cards would benefit from using Sphinx of Enlightenment, as it provides a significant advantage in card advantage upon entering the battlefield. While there may be more efficient card draw options available in Magic: The Gathering, such as Jace, the Mind Sculptor or Consecrated Sphinx, Sphinx of Enlightenment can still be a strong inclusion in decks that can take advantage of its ability. Its high mana cost may limit its playability in faster formats, but in slower formats or casual play, it could see play as a powerful card advantage engine.
