Scizor UD 7 would benefit a Metal-type deck that focuses on energy acceleration and strong attacks. While its Metal Claw attack is decent, there are better options like Scizor VMAX from the same set with higher HP, stronger attacks, and better abilities, making it a more viable choice for competitive play. However, Scizor UD 7 could still see some play in casual decks or theme decks for its unique design and playstyle.
