This card would be beneficial in a Mage deck focused on Frost spells and Elemental synergy, providing a continuous stream of 1/1 Elemental minions that can freeze enemy minions. However, it may not be the most optimal choice as there are better cards like Water Elemental or Frost Lich Jaina that offer more value and impact on the board.
