The Rescue Carrier EVS 154 is particularly beneficial in decks that rely on low-HP Pokémon, such as certain Stage 1 or Basic Pokémon that can be easily knocked out but provide valuable support or attack options, like those in a Rapid Strike or Single Strike strategy. While it can be a great asset for recycling key Pokémon, cards like Ordinary Rod or Pal Pad may offer more versatility by allowing players to recover both Pokémon and Energy or Supporter cards, respectively.
