Power Artifact, Enchantment — aura, designed by Douglas Shuler first released in Mar, 1994 in the set Antiquities and was printed exactly in 3 different ways. It's a key card in 4 combos.
This Power Artifact card would be beneficial in a deck that relies heavily on activated abilities of artifacts, especially those with high activation costs, as it provides a cost reduction of {2} making them more efficient to use. However, there are better alternatives like Voltaic Key or Basalt Monolith which offer more versatile and powerful effects. While Power Artifact can be situationally useful, it may not see much play in competitive decks due to its limited scope compared to other options available.
