Koga's Trap HIF 59 would be particularly beneficial in a control or disruption deck that aims to hinder the opponent's strategy while setting up for a strong attack; the Confused and Poisoned status can disrupt the opponent's ability to retreat or attack effectively. However, there are arguably better options for disruptive Supporter cards, such as Marnie or Judge, which can shuffle hands and disrupt the opponent's resources more broadly. While Koga's Trap can see play in niche scenarios, especially in decks that capitalize on status effects or have synergy with poison damage, it may not be the optimal choice compared to more versatile Supporters that can provide greater overall disruption and hand control.
