Giant's Grasp, Enchantment — aura, designed by Ilse Gort first released in Dec, 2020 in the set Kaldheim.
This card would be beneficial in a control deck that focuses on stealing and controlling opponent's permanents. While Giant's Grasp can be useful in certain situations, there are more efficient and versatile cards like Control Magic or Treachery that offer similar effects without the restriction of enchanting a Giant creature. However, for a thematic Giant tribal deck, Giant's Grasp could be a fun and flavorful inclusion, but in competitive play, it may not see much use due to its limitations compared to other options.

Gaining control of a nonland permanent doesn’t cause you to gain control of any Auras or Equipment attached to it.

If Giant’s Grasp leaves the battlefield before its triggered ability resolves, you won’t gain control of the target nonland permanent at all.
