Dracotail Shaulas would fit best in a dedicated “Dracotail” archetype deck that focuses on graveyard setup, resource recycling, and triggering effects when multiple monsters are sent to the GY at once (such as via Link, Synchro, or Fusion plays), since it both recycles two archetype cards plus an opponent’s or your own face-up card of a matching type and can self-revive when two or more monsters hit the GY simultaneously, giving it strong grind-game value; however, requiring 1 “Dracotail” monster plus 1 monster from hand for a Fusion Summon is somewhat costly and situational compared to more generic and powerful Dragon Fusion bosses like Bystial Dis Pater, Mirrorjade the Iceblade Dragon, or even Borrelend Dragon in Dragon-heavy strategies, which offer more immediate disruption or pressure without needing archetype-specific setup, so unless the Dracotail archetype heavily synergizes with GY cycling and benefits from repeated recursion, Shaulas would likely be a solid in-archetype extend
