A deck that focuses on energy acceleration and recycling, like a Steel or Metal-based deck with cards that can attach and search for Metal energy efficiently, would greatly benefit from Dialga MEG 95. However, considering the high Energy cost and the reliance on shuffling Energy into the deck for extra damage, there are more consistent and versatile Metal-type Pokémon cards like Lucario & Melmetal-GX that offer better synergy and power in competitive play, making Dialga MEG 95 less likely to see play in competitive decks.
