Charmander PK 48 can fit well in a Fire-type deck that focuses on stalling opponents while building up stronger attackers, as its Smokescreen ability can disrupt the opponent's strategy by potentially nullifying their attack. However, there are arguably better options like Charmander from the XY series, which has a more aggressive attack or offers better synergy with evolving into Charmeleon and Charizard. While Charmander PK 48 can see play in casual or fun decks, competitive decks may prefer cards that provide more immediate damage output or better synergy with other Fire-type Pokémon.
