Urouge OP14-002 fits best in aggressive red decks that can consistently boost their own Characters’ power, since his effect only triggers at 5000+ power; this makes him most at home in red leaders like Zoro, Kid & Killer (if splashing red), or other rush/tempo-focused builds that use DON!! attachment and power-boosting events to swing early and maintain pressure while generating value. In practice, though, he’s fairly inefficient: at 3 cost for only 2000 base power, he requires extra DON!! investment to reach 5000, and his K.O. effect only hits 3000 base power Characters, which is a narrow removal range compared to stronger red staples like Otama (cost-efficient power reduction enabling broader K.O. plays), Gordon/Raise Max–style reducers, or direct removal bodies like OP01 Zoro or other midgame threats that provide immediate impact without setup.
