This Snubbull GE 84 card would be beneficial in a disruption or control deck strategy, as it allows for strategic switching of the opponent's Pokémon to disrupt their setup. However, there are better options available such as Jirachi GX with its Stellar Wish ability providing more versatile options for deck consistency. While Snubbull GE 84 can be situational, it may not see as much play compared to other more versatile and powerful cards in the current meta.
