This Remoraid PLB 18 card could benefit a water-type deck looking to add some control with its potential to Paralyze the opponent's Pokémon. However, there are better options available such as Seismitoad-EX, which not only has a stronger attack but also has the Quaking Punch ability to lock the opponent's Item cards.
