This card, Pulse of the Grid, would benefit a control or tempo deck in Magic: the Gathering, as it provides card advantage while potentially being able to return to your hand if your opponent has more cards. While it can be a useful card in certain situations, there are better options available such as Chemister's Insight, which allows you to draw two cards at instant speed without the risk of being bounced back to your hand.
