Prismari, the Inspiration would fit best in a dedicated Izzet (blue-red) spellslinger or combo “storm” deck that chains together cheap cantrips, rituals, and interaction to build a high spell count before landing a game-ending payoff; giving all your instants and sorceries storm is extremely powerful in theory, especially with rituals (like Seething Song), cheap draw (Consider, Opt), extra-turn spells, or direct damage (Grapeshot–style effects), but at 7 mana (5UR) it is very slow and competes with far more efficient enablers and finishers.
